We recognize that there are individual rates of development and learning across at any age, so at Hearts & Hands, your baby or toddler will have a program of individualized care created by you and their teacher.
At the end of every day,
you'll receive a daily record of your baby's activities
Anything to get out those toddler wiggles!
We ensure that our environment is welcoming, accessible, and safe.
Staff are trained in prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome
All staff obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for CPR
Our policy is to give lots of praise and redirect challenging behavior
Parents and teachers discuss each infant’s schedule of feedings and meals and based on continuous communication, updates are made to the schedule as changes occur.
Parent’s supply breast milk and/or formula. Our center supplies Gerber Stage 2 food, snacks and whole milk (for one year olds). As table foods are introduced at home, we will provide an appropriate “toddler” version of the day’s menu according to the child’s developmental level and the parent and teacher’s discussion.
